File Copier v0.9.1

The aim of this plug-in is to allow you to copy files from the playlist or the media library to another folder such as on a usb drive but to do it in the order the files are selected and / or added to the copying queue. This was created because i was not happy with how Winamp's native mode copies files out of order as it prevented albums from playing in the correct order on my pmp device at the time.

This is a basic plug-in though it provides the means to copy files via hotkeys, menu actions and Winamp's send to menu (allowing for selection of files in the media library). It was created before i became aware of Yar-matey! Playlist Copier though this covers things in a slightly different way so may be of use to people still (hence why i have made it available for usage).

As mentioned previously, this is a basic plug-in though still provides a visual window to show when it is working (see right) which attempts to show the total operation ie all files being processed.

However it (often does at the moment) will show an individual screen for every file being copied (though not all at the same time thankfully) which is something i'll look into for a futrue version of the plug-in (this is most noticeable when doing actions via the send to menu).

Transfer Window

Finally the screenshots show the menu items the plug-in adds to Winamp for the different actions is supports for the main Winamp menu (below) and on the send to menu (right).
