Small yet comes with a fair amount of customisability over what it can do which should fit with most people's needs.
The main aim of the plugin is to provide Winamp with the ability to start a video in fullscreen when you start to play it.
When you have it enabled then whenever a video file (or any file that uses the Video window) is played then the plugin will
set the Video window to Full Screen mode.
There are also extra options as implemented in the progression upto v1.2 such as better control over mixed playlists of video
and audio files and the related switching of the video window and the currently selected visualisation.

General Note:
It is generally recommended that if you are using video playback to use a version of Winamp from 5.09 and upwards since there was a major re-coding of the video support implemented which does make a real difference over Winamp's video ability against older 5.0x builds.
